    Floating Crane Operator

    Taboneo / Muara Berau anchorage

    Operate grab cranes on our transshipment units, sustaining discharge rates of 20,000-25,000 MT per day without compromising hold or hatch integrity.

    • Minimum 3 years grab-crane experience on a floating crane or gearless conversion
    • Valid BST and seafarer documentation
    • Understanding of stowage plans and trim/draft implications

    Tug Master

    Kalimantan & Sulawesi corridors

    Command harbour and towing tugs on coastal barge convoys, including river transits with tidal and draft restrictions.

    • ANT-III certificate of competency or higher
    • Coastal towage experience with 300-330 ft barges
    • Strong passage planning and weather-routing discipline

    Marine Surveyor (Draft & Cargo)

    Rotating across active anchorages

    Perform initial and final draft surveys, moisture sampling coordination and cargo documentation for coal, nickel and bauxite parcels.

    • Draft survey certification and independent survey experience
    • Familiarity with IMSBC Code and TML/FMP requirements
    • Clear English reporting for owners, charterers and P&I

    Samarinda operations base

    Coordinate laycan windows, barge scheduling and crane allocation between mine loading points and the mother vessel at anchorage.

    • 3+ years in marine logistics, chartering or port operations
    • Comfortable with 24/7 escalation and daily ops reporting
    • Bahasa Indonesia and working English

    Jakarta head office with field rotations

    Own the ISM-aligned safety management system, run onboard audits and drive the zero-LTI performance across the fleet.

    • AK3 Umum certification (or equivalent)
    • Experience auditing marine or offshore operations
    • Incident investigation and root-cause analysis skills
